This style of training allows the client to get the heart rate up and keep it high throughout the entire HIIT Personal Training session. This style of training means the body will burn more fat and will continue to burn fat for you long after the session is finished and you are sat at your desk. Scientific studies have shown that HIIT Personal Training sessions can boost your metabolism for up to 48 hours after you finish.
