Training in the gym and nutrition led him to the world of personal training. From aerobics and spin instructor in the early days to strength and conditioning coach in the present, Gavin has trained with the very best in the industry, the likes of Paul Chek and Charles Poliquin to name a few.
Gavin’s expertise lies in fat loss and body conditioning and has successfully helped 100’s of clients achieve their fat loss and weight loss goals in the last few years. The recent body transformation in Men’s Health of John Barnes, the ex-England football player saw John lose nearly 10kg in just 4 weeks.
He co-wrote the very popular 14 Day Fat Furnace™, a 90 page “How To” fat loss manual that has helped many clients lose up to 14lbs in just 14 days, and keep the weight off.
He currently co-owns two very successful personal training businesses in the City of London, Ultimate City Boot camps and Ultimate City Fitness.
