His passion lies within teaching others to positively influence themselves to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. He believes that we were all designed to move, be active and eat healthily. To help you achieve your goals JAY implements a fun, active based workout that will be best suited to you and your body.
Jay has developed a wide range of tried and tested methods and techniques that he uses with his clients to make sure they achieve their maximum potential. Constantly changing his own training goals, there are few training or nutritional programmes that he has not tried and tested on himself.
