After seeing the benefits of Rolfing on one of my Pilates clients, I decided to try it for myself.

The effect that it had on me psychologically, energetically and emotionally, together with the feeling of general well-being it induced, was so profound that I decided to become a Rolfer myself.

Meet Jaro Wojciechowski, rolfing and sports massage therapist of Livererpool Street

I began my two-year training in May 2012 as part of the first generation of Rolfers to attend The British Academy of Rolfing Structural Integration. I believe that Rolfing introduces new levels of precision into movement, providing a highly intelligent way of adapting exercise to the needs of the individual.I first became interested in how the body works when I joined a gym in 1997. Over the next ten years, I worked out regularly, learning a wide range of gym exercises and experimenting with different types of martial arts. I qualified as a gym instructor in 2007.

I am also an experienced Therapist specialising in Injury Rehabilitation, Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy.   I first became interested in how the body works when I joined a gym in 1997. Since then I have developed a number of specialisms, and am qualified as a personal trainer, sport and remedial massage therapist, Thai masseur, and Pilates teacher. I am also trained to adapt all exercise to meet the needs of ante- and post-natal women.
